2. Meet and Greet on Friday and Conference on Saturday are $50.00 each plus tax
3. Saturday Conference VIP Seating (First 3 rows) on Saturday are $45.00 each plus tax.
4. Saturday Conference only - General Admission - Pre-Sale $35.00 each plus tax (Children 12 and under are FREE!)
5. Saturday evening Celebrity Ghost Hunt - $75.00 each plus tax (Children 14 and older only allowed.) All minors (18 and younger) MUST be accompanied by an adult. We are only selling very limited tickets for the ghost hunt. Once tickets are sold out for the ghost hunt, no more will be added! After Dark Paranormal from Quincy, Illinois will be running the ghost hunt!
6. Gallery Reading with Psychic Medium Mary Lynn Bast - $20.00 each plus tax

Additional Information:
1. Absolutely no filming or recording during the conference. Pictures are fine to take.
2. NO REFUNDS unless event is cancelled by us.
3. No transferring of tickets unless you notify us first.
4. Friday's Meet and Greet we will have pizza and pop! Come hungry!
5. Children 12 and under are FREE!
6. We will have vendors and food trucks on site on Saturday!
7. No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises of the Eagleton Civic Center or the Ray County Museum.
8. There will be a Silent Auction to benefit the Ray County Museum
9. Admission to vendors is FREE!
10. We reserve the right to refuse anyone

Ghost Hunt Information:
1. All participants must be 14 or older. All minors (18 and younger) MUST be accompanied by an adult.
2. No alcohol, or drugs before or during the ghost hunt. If you show up drunk, you will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. (and yes! We have had this happen)
3. No Ouija Boards
4. No Seances allowed
5. No running in the Museum. If you get scared, find a team member and we will help you.
6. No "cleansing" or "helping" a ghost cross over.
7. No taunting, teasing, mocking or being rude to the ghost. Please treat them with respect, just as you would the living.
8. You are encouraged to bring your own equipment!
9. Most of all.......HAVE FUN!

Gather your family and friends to experience the magic of this beloved tradition.

The parade route will begin and end at 8th and Johnson.

Christmas Craft and Vendor Event

“Hi, Everyone
It's that magical time of the year and we are so excited to share that we will be at VFW Post 5077 for our Christmas Craft and Vendor Event. The event is free to the public and the event starts at 10am and goes till 3pm. We will have wonderful Crafters and Vendors that day to shop with. Santa will be there for pictures so bring your camera. All attendees will receive a free gift while supplies last up at the raffle table. All proceeds from the vendor raffles and lottery board drawing will go to helping families in need. We will be drawing one lucky winner for $20 Dollars. Vendor Raffles and Lottery Board Drawing will be drawn at 2:30pm winners do not have to be present to win and we will contact you to pick up your prize at the post or you can stop by our shop in O'Fallon to pick up your prize. Since this is our last event at the post for the year, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
