Is this a real business and/or place?

Very much so. Only Bundts LLC is the company behind Mini Bundtlets, based out of New Bloomfield, MO.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

We do not have a physical shop to pop over to. The bakery is of the Cottage Kitchen variety - which simply means a home-based bakery. However, we do have curbside order pickup available on Thursdays as well as shipping to the entire state of Missouri.

Do you offer shipping?

Do you make custom cakes and/or Flavors?

We do not make custom cakes. We are however open to flavor suggestions for the future. It takes some time to source and vet new ingredients and test new recipes.

Do you take wedding/large orders?

We do take wedding/large orders. We can offer any flavor we have and/or have already offered. Large orders will require an appointment being made- just to make sure everything you want is documented appropriately.

Is Everything you sell really Gluten, Dairy and Egg free?

Yes, everything the bakery sells will always be gluten-free, dairy-free AND egg-free!

Ok, Fine! But why Are They Gluten, Dairy and Egg free?

Turns out I have severe food allergies. How could I know that you may ask, well I finally got allergy tested in November of 2023 and found out all of my favorite foods were why I felt so run down 24/7.

Can I still order if I don’t have allergies and/or don’t need to eat gluten free?

Absolutely!

Are These your own recipes?

Yes they are, each recipe starts as a fun experiment that We’ve dubbed “Will it cake?”. It usually starts with a craving that we just can’t shake, especially since the allergy results.

Do you sell/share your recipes?

We currently do not.

Do you sell/ship outside of Missouri?

Only Bundts LLC / Mini Bundtlets is a Missouri Cottage Kitchen and as such cannot sell or ship outside of state lines. [Please keep in mind: These products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles Tree nuts, Soy, Peanuts, Shellfish, and Sesame. These product are prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to inspection by the Missouri DHSS.]

Do You sell other types of cakes, pastries or breads?

At this current point in time the bakery focuses on miniature pound cakes and pound cake jars. The size variation of the ‘Miniature’ can vary depending on request; bite size to shareable [2-3 servings].

Do You Reuse those sample containers?

Each sample is in a single use food container. We do discard them as they are single use and not reusable. Your safety and food safety are of our utmost concerns.

Why are your samples so big?

We actually use a miniature tea cake pan to bake the samples. That is just the size the pan bakes them. We did experiments early on and found that our cut samples were not representative of the cakes themselves.

Can I order Just the mini bite cakes?

Yes you can. Just use the large order button, this will take you to the appointments forms. These are pickup only. [They are an off menu order if you will.]

How do your appointments work?

For the appointments we set aside a block of dedicated time with you to answer your questions and ensure we are able to fulfill your request. Appointments can be via text, email and phone call. We personally prefer text or email but am open to all three.

Do You take last minute orders?

We generally do not as we want to make sure you get the absolute best we can offer. We do understand this may not be the popular approach but your repeated satisfaction is more important to us.

How many people do you have working at this outfit?

It is just myself over here making jokes and laughing at them. The bakery is a one human operation. The bearded wonder generously volunteers his free time with the bakery outside of his full-time job {I personally use we when referring to company}.
