when do packages get sent out?

Packages are sent out Monday-Thursday. Please Allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed. This is in an effort to prevent cakes from sitting for prolonged periods of time en route.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices are based on quantity of cakes ordered. Shipping costs will increase with additional cakes being added to the order.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a UPS tracking number for your order. Depending on the amount of cakes ordered, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Will my cakes come with ice packs, a cooler or cushioning??

All cakes will come packed within a take-way cooler. Each package will contain an absorbency layer, ice pack(s), the cake(s) ordered, a thank you card and a sprinkle of joy.

Will The Cake(s) ship room temperature, chilled or frozen?

All cakes will ship frozen to ensure the maximum freshness for you.

what in tarnation is this printed crinkle paper mess in my box?

Oh Hi! The cushioning in the shipping box is a combination of shredded company misprints [misaligned, wrong paper, old format] and a wonderfully printed roll of kraft paper I found. I hand shred and crinkle the papers with a couple crafting implements.
